At the forefront of the new manufacturing and life-science epicenter of San Francisco’s Showplace Square/Design District, 300 Kansas is a ground-up, 6-story, 160,000 SF lab and light industrial building completed for an innovative technology tenant. Designed by nationally renowned architecture firm El Dorado, 300 Kansas provides state-of-the-art maker/lab space, while the innovative sawtooth design is a nod to the light industrial history of the District.
